Okay so I don't know the proper definition of post-scarcity, but I get the basic gist of what it is. It's not really a scary idea, per se, but if all forms of business transaction was obsolete, what will we do at that point you think? Will we still put our intelligence to use?

The mere act of staying alive requires the exercise of the intellect. There are no possible conditions that will make the use of intelligence obsolete.

Post-scarcity will NEVER be permitted by big business.
Creating and/or maintaining and even fabricating scarcity is in their best financial interest because it maintains profitability.
If they were to allow 'Plenty'/'Abundance' the price of the good or service would plummet and profits would decrease or disappear.
They WILL NEVER allow or cause this to happen.

Or because there is such thing as law of physics...

"Capitalists would never allow this to happen." So? Their edicts carry less weight than Emperor Norton's. It doesn't matter what they want to happen.

It mean that according to the laws of physics post scarcity may be simply impossible.

Not if you're using the definition of post-scarcity that is generally accepted, rather than playing pedantic word games. There is nothing in the laws of physics that forbid a situation in which automation results in no-one having to work for a living.

slave, as hard as they try, they're not going to be able to stop people from using solar power, or printing whatever they need, or using their own FabLab to manufacture stuff, or feeding themselves with an automated farm. Not without taking actions which would precipitate open rebellion.
