Hi all .... I'm new here and just looking around, but can never resist posting into a thread about spam .....
Forward the entire mail, including the headers. The headers give the "routing" information on how the mail got to you in the first place - without those, there is little the agency can do. If you use Web-based email (such as Yahoo!) you should be able to show all headers and copy/paste them in your forward.
If you use Outlook Express then right-click the email as it appears in your Inbox, select Properties, then click the Details tab, and then click the Message Source button. Now you'll see the entire email, in plain text form. Copy and paste that, and send that to the address given.
There should be something similar for other email software such as Thunderbird; check its documentation for exact details.
The downside of doing this is that you get so much spam nowadays it's unreal, and if you were to forward each one you'd quite literally have no time for anything else - work, sleep, and eating included! I use filters that delete most of it at source, so I never even know I've received it
