Whatever you have sounds as if it starts up when you start your computer. You may want to see what is starting up, and then find out what it is that is causing this to happen. After doing this go to a website such as Bleeping Computer to find out how to manually remove whatever you have.
In order to remove it completely, I would suggest installing a Live Linux Distribution to a USB drive, booting into the Linux Distro and removing the crapware and associated files from your hard drive while running the Linux Distro. --This will ensure that if any trace of the crapware loads up into memory, when running windows, it will not be able to re-write itself back to your hard drive when you boot down.
