How to schedule publication of post on FB ahead in time?

I want to publish my post on specified date, specifically on 1st January on 00:00 or 12:00 AM as someone call it :D

How do this?
Does is possible?

Too bad I didn't see this earlier.. yes, it is possible. I've never done it, but I was recently given a brief rundown on what hootsuite (a local social media management company) can do - and scheduling posts to various social media platforms is one of it's features. A basic personal use account is free. From what I know of it, it's an all-in-one social media management site so that businesses can broadcast their posts across all platforms w/o having to manually enter them into Facebook and Twitter and Google+. There are other features, too, I'm sure.
