Today Apple started a program for those using:

MacBook Pro (15-inch Early 2011)
MacBook Pro (15-inch, Late 2011)
MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2012)
MacBook Pro (17-inch Early 2011)
MacBook Pro (17-inch Late 2011)
MacBook Pro (Retina, 15 inch, Early 2013)

These MBPs have an issue that causes the graphics card to fail after a time.

Apple will now fix the graphics cards for free.

Repairs started today for U.S. and Canada.
February 27th for the rest of the world.

to check to see if your laptop meets the requirements.

If you are like me, who recently paid to get their graphics card fixed, schedule an appointment with Apple Customer Service to get your refund.

I'd like to know if this will cover those who had to resort to baking their Logic Boards, due to the fact their warranty had expired, and it took Apple so long to get round to doing this.

As long as your computer meets the requirements for a free repair, then you should be fine.
We have one year of free repairs!

Click the link above to check your serial number.

Also Apple is doing Direct Deposit for refunds for previous repairs.
