Get silverlight to work in Chrome?

I've been using Google Chrome again and I have reasons why I want to stick with it. I have an Amazon Prime Video account that's good until June or something. Now, it doesn't let me go on it very easily in Chrome. It lets me, but it takes forever for the quality to rise even remotely close to HD. I heard Silverlight is only supported in Firefox and Safari. I'm not going to go back to Firefox until it modernizes a bit more. So, what should I do? Is there a way to fix it?
