I just uploaded a new animated avatar. Why isn't it moving?

Your avatar is in the jpg format, but you need a gif. I don't if this happened when you uploaded it or already when you saved the file, but try saving it as a gif.
Which program did you use to create the avatar?

I used something called AvatarsDB. I'll try to save it like you said.
