Netflix on 1st Generation iPad?
I need Netflix on a 1st generation iPad that was 5.1.1 by Monday.
How do I do it?
I am at a complete lost, since it can't upgrade to a new OS, I installed a custom firmware called grayd00r (Google it). Grayd00r allowed me to install an older version of Netflix but it crashes when you login. Please tell me this is possible? I am down for the hardest hack possible if I can get this to work. However, I have crossed the line of not knowing what I am doing anymore and have no idea how to proceed, point me in the right direction and I'll find what I need.
The fix is to remove anything related to the GUI that Grayd00r installs from Cydia. You can still use some of Grayd00r features but you can't use its gui. If anyone is interested I can try and post more information but I don't have an iPad (1st Generation or anything else) for testing and the one I am working on is not mine, its a friends and they said they didn't care what I did as long as I got Netflix. I got Netflix so I can't go testing a bunch of stuff now but surely there has to be an easier way then installing a custom firmware. Why would Apple remove support for something that can clearly work?
Its also very likely this would work and you could keep some of the graphics but I don't care enough to do that.
