Looking for a windows 10 theme

Hi Everyone,

I am hoping there maybe someone who can help me. I am looking for a theme for windows 10, it was? released in Japan I think as an update. Its an os-tan called Touko Madobe. I think previous versions of windows have had these mascot themes. All I am able to find is the news that the mascot has been made and named. I can only find the picture, not the theme on any english written sites ive seen. I am hoping someone may have a link to it or be able to point me in the right direction.

It sounds like they do a lot of marketing to build up demand, then sell out a limited edition.

Thanks for the info, I suspected as much, and I know its a bit random but I stumbled across it and like the artwork. I will just have to have the wallpapers instead of the full theme.
