Can you put personal information on your iPhone & iPad so you will remember them? Like putting your usernames, passwords, credit card, debt card & more personal important you want to keep. Can you really trust your iPad & iPhone?

You mean like go to the "notepad" feature, or the address feature, or create a database in your phone, and use your smart phone like a notebook for all of that sorta stuff?

I am sure that perfectly easy to do. But I wouldn't recommend doing that (not on your smart phone itself). The physical smart phone could be stolen, and on top of that I suppose that it could also be hacked into.
