Hi all. Today I want to talk about robotics and why we humans should be extremely careful with robotics.

I've noticed that there are a lot of people on the internet nowadays who want to create intelligent robots. In my opinion, this is an extremely bad idea. Perhaps they could do housework for us at first, but if anything went wrong, they could turn against us.

If we humans went to war with robots, we would lose. Thus, we have to avoid this fate.

Reasons Why We Would Lose a War Against Robots:

- If a robot loses a limb, the limb can easily be reattached without anesthesia or any risk of gangrene.
- Robots can graft guns onto their bodies.
- Some robots may have wheels. If they have wheels, they could create some very effective organism-killing weapons using centrifugal force.
- It would be difficult getting through their metal exoskeletons.
- They would be immune to bioweapons, and so they would use bioweapons without hesitation.
- They could potentially destroy the environment in order to harm humans, since robots can survive without clean air and food.
- Some robots would be hard to kill because it would be hard to find their weak point. For example, slitting a robot's throat wouldn't always kill it and some robots might not even have a neck.
- We wouldn't be able to counter the robots using electromagnetic weaponry because this would just disable our own equipment.

I don't really want a robot maid that could kick my ass. I'd rather have a little, dumb machine that makes toast.

What kinds of robots are you talking about?

Robots are electromagnetic devices themselves.

If we do ever create intelligent robots, we should make sure that they are not connected to a global network like Skynet. If all of the robots were connected this way, they would be far more powerful. Plus, every single one of them would be against us in the event of a robot uprising.

If the robots were separate from one another, some might side with us in the event of a robot uprising.

A robot cannot be sentient, and will never do anything on it's own it's not instructed to do so.

Really? The characters from The Brave Little Toaster were seemingly sentient.

Overall, I hope that robots in the future are like Brave Little Toaster characters. Humanoid robots are overrated.

Even though that would be sort of fun, I think that is totally impossible at all we will be able to create something like that.

Here's a deep question: If robots kill all of us, will they eventually develop a robot religion?

Perhaps they will forget about who created them, and see Robot God as the only alternative.

I imagine that a Robot God would make a lot of sense. After all, lightning is supposed to be the wrath of God and lightning is electricity. Therefore, if God exists, he might be a robot.
