Is there a secret way to configure iTunes to where one can add non-purchased movies and music to the iTunes Cloud, rather than saving the files to a hard drive?

If not, are there third party software options that can make it possible?

My goal is to be able to watch videos and music in Apple TV that I downloaded from places like Amazon, Archive.org, etc, without subscribing to Apple Music or clogging up my hard drive.

I would consider iCloud if it were a one-time fee, rather than subscription-based.

I have invested in a portable hard drive for the time being, eventually getting a personal cloud.
