You could get the iPad and a Apple Pencil, and you’d be able to hand rewrite.
ipad is $250, pencil is $99.99
You can find them on sale for cheaper though.
It’s not the most advanced iPad, but it’s is pretty good. Just lacks laminated screen, it’s for schools and companies.
I love writing with mine. I use to to do my budget and savings records.
Mines min5 and pro. You can draw and color with it too. I liked the coloring.

I haven’t used it and I hear it’s not as detailed as pencil is but I works well.
