he was selling chipped x-boxes outfitted with 80 games on the hdd. They arrested him for selling pirated games. Modding your x-box isn't a crime.

True - it just invalidates the warranty. Softmods don't even do that as you haven't physically opened the case. :)

*Smacks self in forehead* Why didn't I think of that? All you have to do is make a ghost image of the hard drive and copy it on to a bunch of hard drives.

you still have to unlock the bios for it to boot the non- approved drive image
