Can someone erase your text messages in this case?

My gf broke up with but I noticed all my text messages were gone. When I tried to call her, the number was blocked, but I am wondering, is it normal for a person to erase all your text messages if they wish? Or is that not possible and they are still there somewhere?

Yes. Not only has she "erased" you from her life, she is now "ghosting" you, as well.

You would be better off to forget about her and move on.

define "text messages" , are they SMS , Messenger ,iMessage etc ?

Oh sure, I can move on, I just still want to keep the text messages if that is okay. I don't like the idea of her having control over records in my phone, is all.

It's SMS messages.

I'm sure I'll be corrected but I don't think a standard SMS can be deleted remotely , maybe Putin could do it though :mrgreen:
