well flash is a 2-D animation program also there are sites that have classic and new video-game sprites if you don't know what sprites are please look at this simple sprite sheet

i can also design and tween (motion, shape, etc) the sprites to create a video game/movie. but sadly i dont know action-script

A lot of things can be done in Flash, it doesn't really matter if you don't know Actionscript. Do you have any vids?
