Has anybody ever encountered - or even owned - a Mitsubishi Galant Sapporo?
It was an executive car based on the Mitsubishi Galant and sold during the late 1980s. At the time it was one of the most advanced production cars. Two notable features were balancing shafts in the engine to counteract vibration, and an electronic suspension system that measured the bumps in the road and adjusted the stiffness of dampers to compensate giving a very smooth ride.
Very few were sold in the UK because the car had no image and cost as much as a Mercedes, but most of its buyers probably had Asperger syndrome (words of a Mitsubishi salesman).
