I agree with COMET here, this forum is probably too broad and could probably be split into two subforums.

I believe Natural Science was the topic for this thread.

You guys can't generate just [b]one[/i] discussion in Natural Science and you want an entire forum for it?

:D

is it climate change or global warming , when polar bears start losing the thick ice in the winter they cant hunt seals , would this be a sign that the planet IS warming?[the thin ice] will the polar bears die out?[biological science is related to determining if the global climate is changing. right?]

if any one talks with me about natural sciences i can sustain a thread indefinitely. [if my sciatic nerve can take it!]

I think global warming is climate change. This planet's been temperate for hundreds of thousands of years. Species come and go.

i was asking what is a natural science topic that people here like to chat about for example global warming i.e. climate change --by the way, why is it suddenly now called climate change [ like in Scientific American website and magazine] not as much talk of global warming . ok does anyone think humans are causing the changes that will drastically affect all humans on the planet?

Well of course we are. Everything's interconnected. We traditionally like to think of ourselves as separate, separate from animals, separate from god, separate from our environment...

Would the paranormal be natural science or unnatural science?

i was just "feeling you out" i believe what you just posted but needed to get certain premises established first . so what can and what do you think humans will actually do to possibly save millions of mammal lives and billions of insect lives? this gets into the science of anthropology now . is that ok or do you want to talk about specific of the climate change i.e. climatology, oceanography, geology etc?
