The disassembled flat-panel monitor in the pictures below is from an HP Pavilion system. It is an F1503 made in May of 2003.

This is what it looked like after removing the plastic frame and stand.

I love taking things apart too, but the closest I've come to that is dismantling a 386 computer. Good slide show.
