The disassembled flat-panel monitor in the pictures below is from an HP Pavilion system. It is an F1503 made in May of 2003.

This is what it looked like after removing the plastic frame and stand.
























I took the white part of the screen (shown in the picture above) apart. The various layers are shown below.

I love taking things apart too, but the closest I've come to that is dismantling a 386 computer. Good slide show.
