A program called MSOE.DLL won't load so I can't use outlook express to get some of my friends E-mail address'. and the microsoft site won't help me at all. and this is the only problem that my computer is driving me cazy with.

windows version?

there's one in
C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msoe.dll
you could backup the above file (or rename it to msoe.dll.bak) and copy a new one from:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\msoe.dll
to the outlook express folder

by the way, check first if they have the same filesize and are the same version (right click > properties > Version tab)
