i was reading that apple has release safari3 beta to both apple and windows. just go to apple.com
click where it says try safari 3 type in your E-mail address and it will be download.

I think you mean browser not isp yes ? I did try safari and it updated quicktime at the same time could be good or bad depends on if you wanted to updated it
And you can put any random email even a nonworking one it does not check
