I know there aren't *that* many SL users here on WP. But hey, what the hell.

Before typing any more, I'm going to make this clear: This thread is NOT intended as a place to discuss the merits of SL, or to slag it off. Nor is it a place to ask "what is Second Life", as there are already several threads about that.

Simply, this thread is here for anybody who feels like chatting with other WP users in Second Life. Just post your SL name here, if you want people from WP to be able to get in touch with you. Figured it might be a nice idea, seeing as the Aspergers group on Second Life dissapeared a while back.

I'd like to use it but I don't know how user-friendly it is for people with learning difficulties.

Also, I worry about the social aspect of it and about bullying.

And I don't have a clue how to use it.

I'd like to try it, but I find this life confusing enough!

I am Richardo Wigner. Never play SL, it just takes too long to load. From what I have seen though it look amazing.

Amelia Freund was also the name of a Women's Rights campaigner born in 1881. Could that be where you recognise the name from?

It's possible. I don't know a lot about the history of the women's rights movement though.

We've probably seen each other inworld. At a Welcome Area perhaps? (yeah, I like to hang around them when I'm really bored)

I didn't find out about the Women's Rights campaigner until after I chose my SL name

I'm rarely ever at welcome areas. Maybe I'm thinking of another Freund with a similar name.
