I was wondering what biology experiments you've done at home? Have you built a PCR machine? Done recombination experiments?

I've tried my hand at human cloning, but that stuff is harder than you might think. All my experiments have yielded so far is a bunch of stillborn ungodly freaks. At least they look cool in formaldehyde.
