I bought the wrong kind of phone long time ago, I got a contract phone, I paid it all off already. How do I cancel my phone & my account?

Google the name of the manufacturer or cellular provider. The name should appear on your credit card statement. You can also contact your credit card company or bank and ask them how to block payment if you have already tried to cancel with the company and they will not cancel.
Worse case you can cancel your credit card and the cell company will not be able to charge it any more. Then get a new one.
