Some stargazers will be able to see them on Valentine’s Day.

“In the U.S., states including Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Alaska could see the northern lights over the coming days if conditions are right, according to NOAA's aurora viewline map.”

I've never caught Aurora Borealis, but Aurora Australis is no stranger.

What colors did you see?

I haven’t ever seen them but I always wanted to experience that.

What colors have you seen in the sky? Aside from the twinkling stars?

I saw them in May and October of 2024, during those solar storms.

Aurora borealis, at this time of year, at this time of day, in this part of the country, localized entirely within my kitchen.
