Was anyone able to see any "shooting stars" from the Orionids (vestiges from Halley's Comet)? Peak is supposed to be October 21st. Last night we had heavy cloud cover here; the night before, I was awake all night but never got up and out, just thinking I would be disappointed yet again.

Went outside for a bit, saw a handful. Just one here, then wait awhile, then one over there. The Missus loves this sort of thing.
