don't bother with them. They won't answer you.

They're probably the ones who make the viruses and spyware in the first place.

actually, the questions are free, but the answers will cost ya...;)

I've actually received some useful help from places like Computer Cops, when I got hit with some nasty malware, and also how to get rid of the @#$ ^%# ^& MS auto-update. Just have to know how to search....

I found useful advise in certain Linux fora. Normally someone had the question already and a metacrawlage will find it.

i know of a few, theres geekstogo.com (mac,linux,win) processlibrary.com's forum (mostly windows there, and iguido.com(mac user's heaven)
