Question about pics, photo albums online, etc.

Here's the deal...

The last several posts I have put pictures in...jpg's... worked fine when I first posted them.
But when I come back later on... the link is broken.

Here's what I do...

I find a jpg somewhere online and copy it to my desktop.

Next, I download this to my Picasa Web photo album.

Then I use the img link to put the jpg into my post.

I go back and delete the jpg from my desktop because it's in my online photo album.

Why are these disappearing from WP?

Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?

I wouldn't have any idea. I use Photo Bucket.
