My brother is currently studying Spanish through the use of a windows based program. Its available for mac as well. Here is the kicker. He got a laptop and asked me to install Linux(Ubuntu 7.10) on it. Unfortunately I cannot get it working through WINE. It was even problematic in vista. So....

Recommend me a Debian based Spanish Language tutor program? Or even a windows based one that functions under WINE?

Thanks in advance!

Try Sourceforge; they have a lot of Open Source programs, maybe they have something.
