MP4 Video Convertors

Well I have free ware one and recently it has made some videos have no audio at all. Any advice on how to fix that problem also I have Dell so not a MAC user here.

I am using ImTOO iPod movie Converter, it works quick and can do bulk conversions to mp4, I got it off of one of the torrent sites, or you can get a legit copy, heres the website
