my computer broke a few months back, i onlt thought that it was my monitor.... but it got worse, i found aout that the sautering on my videocard melted and i need a new one. it was a Voodoo Banshe. can you tell me where to get a good videocard cheap?

Hey WeaponDragon, try Newegg.com or Tiger Direct. if that fails just google it and it should give you websites to buy them from. If you look around a bit online you should find some video cards fairly cheap just make sure what TYPE of video card you have (AGP, PCI or PCIE) I hope this helps

The Voodoo Banshee is going to either be PCI or AGP. Voodoo/3DFX were bought out by nVidia I think, so never made it as far as the PCI-E.
I'd recommend eBay for finding one, just check which type you have. You can't go wrong with PCI with a bandwidth of 33MHz and 133.33~ MBps but if you have AGP you'll get 66MHz and a transfer rate much higher
