hello everybody

let me tell u something abt myself.i am a student of electrical and electronics engineering in the topmost university in my country(i was an average good student in school but tried with every drop of energy to get passed in the admission test).bt the teachers sucks...so i have learn it by myself through internet.i also have dream to do freelancing on the net cause that would suit to my nature most.

is there anyone who is passionate about electronics like me .... i think as we will understand each other very well we need to talk...we can share information....please reply...

I am interested in electronics in general, but more so with computers. I myself also attempted to go to school for it, but found the teacher was not very knowledgeable, and I found the best way for me to learn was doing it myself. That seems to be typical of people on here, specialized interests, figuring things out your self by looking looking at things in every way possible, then digging deeper and deeper.

Depending on what area of electronics you want to know about, you might be much better off getting a decent text book and reading it. I know that todays generation of students want everything on line but old fashioned books are still very important.

More into computers, and repair them, but I'm more 'component' level than 'board level'.
I've tried to follow circuit diagrams, but they wind up looking like loops; I can never figure out where the circuit begins and ends...;)

I was involved with my first electronic projects at school and served a craft apprenticeship upon leaving school. I find reading a circuit diagram much easer than reading a paragraph of text and love to build things using analogue or digital circuitry. I was never academicly inclined and for what I can see such a route seems to be no longer available nowadays.

i am also very interested in computer....so i am trying to fuse my passion about computer and electronics and right now learning the structure of every componets (mouse,keyboard,printer,monitor,processor....) and how to build them...

have finished digital logic circuit and trying to grasp analog....

but my main interest is to be a researcher and do research on electronic device physics(maybe someday will get a nobel prize :D )....though it would be hard for me to get scholarship as my grade in not good...so i am trying to it the other way....i will try my best to publish some journal paper which might be of great weight in my CV....

So ... you don't need to know anything specific, you just want to talk about yourself.

Whatever ... PM me if you need answers.
