Its improved and lots of people have the surgery every day.
I know my son has no regrets. He's in his mid 30s and really glad he had it done before his wife and he started having kids else wise they wouldn't have had the extra money sitting around for it.
A couple people I worked with made a big thing about the surgery before and shortly after they had it
but once a couple months passed/ they had some distance from the experience they rarely volunteered that they've had it unless pressed.
People who have a favorable experience with anything are like that. They just get on with their life as if nothing happened.
If you go in for Lasik ask the dr. how many he does a day. Its like any surgery. If they only do a couple a year, be afraid.
If they do a few a month or week, proceed with caution.
There are doctors that so nothing but lasik surgery. If they created problems for their patients the doctors couldn't afford their malpractice insurance.
