-Ebay Sellers False Advertising (You know when they say: "Nvidia Laptop!" in the title, then when you scroll down it says "THIS IS NOT A NVIDIA LAPTOP" This really racks me off.
-Spasmodic Lag/Lag Spikes
-Not being able to code (Being too tired or too overloaded)
-Spamming
-Youtube infinite buffering bug (Come on Google.... That problem has been around for like.... Forever?).
-Youtube "You have x New messages" bug! (You receive a PM or comment notification and you read it go back to the index page and it still says its unread)
-People who make tutorials in parts and don't finish them (This really annoys me. I can think of a 10000 tutorials that would have helped me to no end, but have been stopped on part 3 out of 4 or something).
-Developers that don't test before they release! (Cross Platform developers often dont check the Linux or OSX version).
-Developers who make a free awesome framework then dont do develop it properly. (Then use the excuse "But its free!! :3". Yeah sure, its free. BUT if your going to do something, please try to do it properly or dont do it at all. )
-Developers making something incredibly awesome then discontinuing the project with no place to download the last build.

-Lack of iTunes compatibility with Linux (or any useful alternative to sync my iPhone--if it was just for the music player I'd be fine with Banshee).
-Skype's incredibly poor video quality, freeze-ups, and time lag.
-Skype frequently dropping your call after about the half-hour mark and then (sometimes) refusing to realize that the other person is still online.
-Lack of ability to control iOS software. Basically you're stuck with what Apple deigns to give you. (Someone needs to design an open-source smartphone and operating system, FOSS for smartphones, and some sort of telecom cooperative so that we're not stuck with inflexible contracts).

- "Feature deprecated, will be removed in the next version" - WHY? Because you want to show what a dickhead you are and screw up other peoples code?

- Slow computers that frustrate me beyond anything else.

- "Sign up now" followed by "The offer is not available in your country" - Whats the bloody point to push the ad in my face then?

- Same goes for "This video is not available in your country" - Whats the damn point of restricting *A* music video to a country?

- Error messages that just say "Error NNN" where NNN is a number and gives no other explanation as to what is wrong so you have to look it up and waste time. I remember SQL Server 2005 giving me a message that said Error: "" <-- *Facepalm*.

- Having to run Virtualbox on my puter just to play some older 16 bit games.

- Undocumented features that are awesome, but you cannot find out anything about on google.

- Steam and activation in general. The idea is sound, it's just that you can LOOSE activations by not deactivating, and some does not even offer deactivation of games, which suck ass!

- When you ask a highly qualified question in a professional forum, and some nub comes along and basically posts "have you tried turning it off and on again?"... *sigh*

- DVD players not being able to skip through to the main menu without playing those pesky copyright/commercial clips which annoys the f**k out of me - i am a paying customer for f***s sake! Thanks for VLC player!

- HD to SSD transfer programs that does not work. Had to reinstall my current Win7 from scratch on my old X25. Annoying.

- No security by default. Being able to share stuff on the net is more important than keeping every person on the planet being able to own my box... Just great!

-Apple fangirls/fanboys.
-Privacy matters when it comes to Facebook and Google
-Companies stopping commercial support of FOSS when a take over occurs (won't mention any names).
-Devices being locked down, I bought it so I should be able do what ever I want with it.
-Flash Player.

That's all for now.

Ah, but here we get into my second problem. Thanks to having been given an iTouch a few years ago I've already spent money on Apple apps and can't bring myself to give them up.

Android is a fork of Linux. I know that they have gotten rid of glibc, and replaced it with a C library that's based on BSD C library.

-------------
Back on topic now:

-Apple and Microsoft using h.264 instead of WebM.

Who does this? An example would be nice.
This is nothing short of fraud...

For me it's people who ask questions on forums, and ignore those threads never bothering to post a reply.

Durability of cheap hard drives - Lets just say I lost all of my high def family videos a few days after I bought the hunk of junk. I was expecting it to at least last for a year or so.

Apple. In general - everything about Apple.

To be more specific right now - iPods/iTunes.
I got one as a gift and to be honest I quite like it, however the software invades my laptop so making it significantly slower, it's too complex to put MP3's onto/take MP3's off the iPod, and iTunes doubles your MP3's in such a way that I now have two intertwined music folders so to find your MP3's you've got to go into the music folder...into the music folder...into the music folder...into the music folder...etc. - I attempted to delete one of these music folders, which a. didn't solve the problem and b. deleted all my MP3's

Honestly, what's wrong with just bloody copying and pasting your MP3's to your MP3 player?
SO MUCH of iPods/iTunes is unnecessary and generally ridiculous. GAH!

I agree with you on the Apple in general part. iTunes is rather buggy and bloated. Another thing is I never liked how iTunes/iPods only supports PROPRIETARY codecs and formats. I don't know what is so bad and wrong about copying over the files to your MP3 player either, it worked rather well before iTunes came along and it still works better than iTunes.

I have half a mind to place a bid anyway and never pay it. I've seen s**t like this before.

Mine:
Known bugs in hardware or software that never get fixed despite updates.

I guess I don't have many. I've gotten to the age where I take a little fuckitall when surfing the web or whatnot. There's a reason the world is filled with shade tree mechanics and garage crafts. Primarily because little works as advertized, so you make your own widget to fix whatever problem you're having, hence open source.

An app goes downhill once it starts to get popular. Shows that getting your app noticed is a game of luck and all of the popular apps today are the result of survivorship bias.. in fact, there probably are tons of really great apps out there that you have never heard about.

Manuals written by someone for whom English is apparently neither a first nor second language.

"If not amending after total blank lines are shuffled up after total blanked lines are left blank in table to avoid shuffling."
