Okay, so, after 2 hours of configuring all the files it's became apparent that I don't have the desktop application to control it.
Everything else supposedly works, like the page on my localhost, I just can't find the application.
I don't know if on Linux(I run Debian) you're suppose to use the Command Line or if like on Windows you get to use a separate GUI application, but yeah. Any help would be appreciated.
I followed all the steps on this site:

and I've went through them all to double-check and at no point did I get the control application.
If on Linux distributions you do use command line, does anyone have any online guides for it?
