I just started watching a couple weeks ago when I watched all the episodes up to the current. It's decent although it seems to be limping along in the current season with not much going on. Or maybe that's just me. I prefer watching a whole season at once. I hate weekly crap because I can't remember what is happening and it leaves me empty.

I don't know if it was their plan all along but the later versions of Sylar with his deep character and dry humor has made him one of my favorites.

Ugh, don't get me started on heroes. This show stands as one of the prime examples of a good show that was totally RUINED by bad writing.
Don't get me wrong, season 1 was AWESOME, and i strongly encourage anyone who hasn't seen it to fix that.
But after that, it just went downhill. They basically defanged what was origionally a REALLY good villian, made the main characters act like idiots, introduced subplots that were forgotten and went nowhere, and had characters that basically had NO connection to the plot.

And that was just season 2.

I've stopped watching about halfway though season 3, i gave up on it. What a waste, seems like there aren't ANY good shows that STAY good anymore...

I've watched it almost from the start. Even through the last series, which was unbelievably bad. What was going on? But the new season seems to be a return to form.

The beginning of the second half of this season was actually weak enough that I stopped watching for a few episodes, even after I pushed through the second season and the first half of this season. However, I got back in with last week's episode, and it is looking better. My guess is it's due in part to Bryan Fuller's return now that Pushing Daisies is done, though I'm still pissed about PD getting cancelled.

I think the show is cool. This season is kind of reminding me of the X-men with mutants though.

Its a good show, I think from the last seasons I watched Sylar or Gabriel is one of my favirout characters, in a way he is a victim to others and has made me hate the character Bennett, but some of the character changes are good whilest other suck for example Peter in a Sylar role.

First season was amazing!
Second season wasn't great but I kept watching it hoping it would get better.
Third season was terrible but I kept watching it because of one actor, and then his character was killed off so I stopped watching it altogether.

The tv station broadcasting the series here is totally screwing with us.

We got most of the first half of the third series, a month or so break over X-mas/new years, then back for a couple of shows (including the lame "super soldier" fiasco of an episode), then that was that.

No word on when the second half of series will be shown, no word on why anyone would be so stupid as to schedule a hiatus of a month only to broadcast a couple of episodes before going on extended hiatus again. Just some crappy Aussie show about a bunch of drug runners being broadcast instead.

I already hired and watched the first two seasons on DVD while the first (X-mas/New Year) hiatus occurred, but as far as I know, series three is not available on DVD here yet. It's hard enough to watch show broadcast once a week, but a once a week for X number of weeks, big break, then once a week for a couple more weeks, then super-extended break. I cannot begin to fathom the minds of television schedulers.

It's true the series is getting weaker as it goes along, but I am quite certain jerking the viewing audience around is no solution for that.
