TMNT
BraveStarr

Spider-Man from the 60's

+ some other things, but the above is the one's I feel pretty strong for. Keeps me motivated and keeps up the spirit.

Add Chowder, Flapjack, and Billy and Mandy to the list. Seth Macfarlane's Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy is good (only available on DVD, though).

I like the Simpsons and Ren an Stimpy a lot. I like Spongebob too. :)
Growing up I used to love Loony Tunes, Pink Panther, Tom & Jerry, and Donald Duck and Goofy. Mickey Mouse cartoons weren't manic enough for my liking.
I was on holiday a few months ago and I saw a French cartoon called TroTro, about a little donkey and his parents. I couldn't understand a word, and it must have been aimed at like 4 or 5 year olds, but I thought it was great.

These days I mostly watch Futurama, Family Guy, The Simpsons, South Park, and Spongebob Squarepants. Sometimes Fairly Oddparents, King of the Hill, American Dad, and Teen Titans.

Older ones I used to watch included Rugrats, Ren & Stimpy, the old Transformers, He-Man, CatDog, Hey! Arnold, Rocko's Modern Life, Animaniacs, Freakazoid!, Pokemon (up to a certain point, until I lost track of it all), and probably a bunch of others I can't remember right now.

Some modern cartoons are good, but I really miss some of the older ones, and some of the new ones make me want to break something.

I couldn't answer the poll because I like both, equally. I don't judge a show by its age, I judge by quality.

I'm really really into Chowder as of right now. Too bad the series is ending, soon. :(

I like quite a few others, though. Some are older, some are newer.

Children's cartoons today just seem silly. I blame the Japanese cultural invasion.

Adult cartoons can be brilliant. South Park, for example, is just awesome, though you can tell the guys who make it aren't "professional writers" and episodes are really hit-and-miss. Sometimes they seem to think something is a lot funnier than it really is.

Aqua Teen Hunger Force is amazing. Whenever I have to explain post-modernism to someone, I just put on an ATHF DVD.

I like a good mixture of cartoons both old and new. Disney's TaleSpin has to be my all time favorite though.

DCAU and Adult Swim, with the very occasional anime thrown in.

Well I watch the three S's (Simpsons, Spongebob and South Park) and Futurama, but since we've gotten new digital high definition channels here, the stations have also been playing not so modern yet not yet nostalgic cartoons, mainly Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends and Camp Lazlo, which I do watch. I also watch the Flinstones and the Jetsons when they come on.

Whenever I'm on Youtube though, I search around for my old favorites, like the Mask and Freakazoid.
