The Madness of King George was pretty disturbing, in some parts. There was one part, that there were a list of mistakes, that the king made, and every time he made one of those mistakes, that he would be locked up, and away in the closet, for an hour.

There was also another part, where the doctors were tapping the tops of heated up bottles, into his back. Something parallel to the shock therapy of today.

King Geroge's particular condition caused him to lose control of his bowels, so they showed one scene, where he had to drop his trousers, in order to finish doing his thing, and he was crying and feeling sorry for himself. I would have been doing that same thing, back in those days.

The Madness of King George is a movie, that I will not be watching again, any time, soon

I forgot A Clockwork Orange and Eyes Wide Shut.

And although it's not explicitly disturbing, there's a potent surrealist streak throughout Dumbo which makes me somewhat tense while watching. Undoubtedly one the very best Disney films. I'd place it at second best behind Fantasia.

The most disturbing film would have to be I spit on your grave not due to the graphic imagery of a woman whom was raped but, the vengeful tactics she takes upon those whom tortured her.Realistically speaking there are people in the real world whom are monsters both men and women alike..

I've seen every film aforementioned in this thread. Has anyone seen the docu-drama "Zoo"? It's about the real-life story of "Mr. Hands" who died after copulating with a horse. The video leaked onto the internet and the world found out about these "zoophiles" in Washington. Perhaps the most disturbing thing about the film/story, is how much this man really loved the horse.

mikey1138, I've not seen that film sir but, yes that is quite disturbing..In fact, a series of films which I can recall hearing about was faces of death which, was suppose to be some sort of documentary like presentation of gruesome things but, I've never seen it.. 8O 8O

Jesus Camp. That scared me way more than any horror film (then again, I don't mind horror films that much). Honestly, 'Saw 'was not scary or even that intelligent....

Jesus Camp was funny in a very tragic sort of way. Faces of Death, little known fact, the supposed "real" death footage was actually staged and almost entirely fictional... with the exception being some of the auto accident stuff. A lot of people don't believe me when I say this, but you can google it and see for yourself :D

Emotionally and morally disturbing: Schindler's List, no doubt.

Simply scary: The Blair Witch Project. Saw it a few days ago. It isn't directly scary for the most part - the fear creeps up on you. And damn, the ending.. 8O

Pasolini's 'Salo' is the benchmark for me. Once is enough.

I own Saló and have only seen it once as well. The Criterion Collection dvd is out of print and sells for $500+ on ebay used! It is far more disturbing than Human Centipede.

I was tricked into seeing Human Centipede recently.

NEVER. EVER. SEE THAT MOVIE!

It was one of the most disgusting and disturbing things I have ever seen.
