Since all sitcoms were first-run during my TV-watching lifetime, I'm going to list those I enjoyed when they were current, as opposed to those I enjoy watching in reruns. Listed in the order they come to mind: :D

All in the Family
I Love Lucy
Sgt. Bilko
The Brady Bunch
The Addams Family
M.A.S.H.
Maude
Good Times
Bewitched
I Dream of Jeanie
Third Rock from the Sun

I don't watch sitcoms any more... they are mostly about sex
It's not that I'm a prude, I just don't find it a very interesting topic.
The old family-based sitcoms are more my style.

Coupling (The original British one, think they re-wrote it for America) it's about a group of thirty something friends and it is soo brilliant. Theres one episode where they are talking about "Whistling" (they are using as a euphemism for masturbating) when one of the characters parents come over and overhear a conversation about whistling, there is a brilliant bit where the father delivers a line, talking about whistling, unaware that they were using it as a euphemism, where he goes "You just put you're lips togeter and pucker."

And of course, who can forget the Spiderman Dance.
