anyone here watch the One Piece anime/read the manga

I'm just starting to get into it (I own up to volume 2 and I'm reading more online), but it's already My one of my favorite Manga, and probably on of my favorite comic books period.
I can't wait to start watching the anime~

The anime was disjointed in both dialog and action. Also, like most anime, it introduced too many peripheral characters to ever allow reader identification with the main characters. Finally, I gave up long before they ever found the treasure ... if they ever did.

Natural fertilizer is also better than manufactured, but it's still fertilizer.

Oh Fnord, quit being mean!

One Piece used to be one of my special interests when I was 14 - 15. I used to watch it when it aired on Cartoon Network and I did a lot of research on it online. At one point I even owned a Luffy figure with stretchy limbs. Unlike the rest of the planet, I didn't think that the 4kids dub was really that bad. But then again, I have never been complimented on having good taste in entertainment, so what do I know?
