I only remember the video game. I liked the Super Mario Bros. Super Show, as well as Captain N: The Game Master.

I think it was the best video game/cartoon crossover of them all.

Even more so since it's mocked all the time on YTMND :D

What I want to know is, why in the heck did Sega choose this cartoon to be the influence in "Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine" back in the mid-`90s?

Oh god I used to watch this show all the time when I was 8 and 9. Then it wasn't on anymore and I remember it was on toondisney when I was 13 or 14 in the sumemr time of 1999. I watched it all the time then.

I also remember the other sonic show, my family would wake up early on saturday to watch it and it still be dark out and they always had to wake me up and sometimes they didn't because they wanted me to get my sleep. Then we quit waking up to watch it because my parents didn't like getting up early and waking us kids up for the show.

What's YTMND?

Tim

YTMND = "You're The Man Now, Dog" a collection of one-page webgags that consist of (usually) one background image, up to three lines of text, and sometimes background music. Some of them are meant to be spoofs of internet phenomena, others spoof pop culture in general.

The music included on some of the YTMNDs has gained so much popularity with fans that the idea of "YTMND Soundtracks" has been tossed around, even in the YTMND sites themselves.

Word of warning though: Not all YTMND sites are G-rated. In fact, some are even NC-17. So, as they say on TV, "Viewer Discretion is Advised".

Pardon the digression, folks.
