One of the best voice actors of all time, Patrick Warburton. Most notably he was Johnny Johnson on NewsRadio and Puddy on Seinfeld, but his voice over work is amazing.

He was the voice of Superman on those commercials with the animated superman and Jerry Seinfeld.

Buzz Lightyear of Star Command and the LGMs, Joe Swanson from Family Guy, Hercules, The Emperor's New Groove, The Tick, voice of Royal Pain in the movie Sky High, the voice of the Wolf on the movie Hoodwinked, and many, many more I just can't think of now.

And no list of voice actors would be complete without Phil LaMarr. Static Shock, Family Guy, Futurama, Justice League, Ozzy and Drizy, ect. And hes been in a bunch of video games to, just check the entry on wikipedia, its a huge list of voice overs.

I love watching cartoons and finding which voices match up with wich other characters. Just relized that Meria from Buzz Lightyear also does the voice of the darkhaired vilianess in Kim Possible. :)

Forgot to mention Phil LaMarr. Excellent as Hermes Conrad from Futurama, and as Vamp from Metal Gaer Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. Oh and (though this ain't voice-over work) Marvin, the poor scrote who got his head (accidentally) blown off by John Travolta in Pulp Fiction.

One of my current favourites isn't on TV. I've been a die-hard fan of homestarrunner.com ever since I discovered the site a couple of years ago. They're a series of Flash cartoons, completely produced by a couple of brothers known as the Brothers Chaps (Matt & Mike Chapman). Matt (I think it's Matt) provides all of the voices, except for Marzipan, the only female character, and the characters in the Cheat's cartoons (the other brother does those).

Peter Cullen, the voice of Optimus Prime!! !! ! :P
Finally, someone was willing to give him some cred after slumming around for years in Disney movies!

What? Not a single mention of Jim Henson and Frank Oz?

And how about that bloke who's done the voice-over for more than 3000 movie previews?

True-they were/are great, I grew up watching "The Muppet Show" & their movies.

Don LaFountaine (spelling ?), aka "The Voice of God"- i.e. portentious pronouncements in preview set-ups, openers such as "in a time...", "in a place...", "in a world...". Seen recently in Geico ads on tv, pairing him with a "real person".
Some of my favorites:
Will Lyman, narrator for PBS's "Frontline", seen on an episode or 2 of Law & Order.
Stacy Keach, does lotsa' documentary voice-overs esp. since his acting career has ebbed.
Liev Schrieber, does stuff for PBS shows despite plenty of acting roles.
Richard Kiley, did narration for PBS's "Nature" program until he died-like his resonant voice.

Though he doesn't work much I gotta say Gary Owens. The REAL voice of Space Ghost, Roger Ramjet and Powdered Toast Man.

And I make this acknowledgement to the regular voice cast of "the Simpsons"

Apparently "d'oh" has an entry in the OED.

John DiMaggio is my personal favourite, mostly for playing Bender in Futurama but he does voices in a few games too (Marcus Fenix in Gears of War, Wakka in Final Fantasy X).

David Bateson and David Hayter are my two favourite video game voice actors (not counting Sean Bean in Oblivion because he is a professional and not strictly a voice actor).

Nolan North. This guy has done voiceovers in so many video games. Some of them, you've seen or played.

Hades - God of War 1.
N. Gin. - Crash Tag Team Racing to Mind over Mutant.
Desmond Miles - Assassin's Creed Series.
Nathan Drake - Uncharted Series.
Deadpool - Every Marvel Game Since the Release of Spiderman Shattered Dimensions.
Corrupt Cores and Defective Turrets - Portal 2.
Pinguin - Batman Arkham Series.
Merasmus - Team Fortress 2.
David - The Last of Us.
The Nolan North Voice - Saints Row IV.
Rocket Raccoon - Every Marvel Game Since Disney Infinity Marvel Super Heroes.
Modi - God of War 4.

And those are just the ones I'm familiar with.
