Sid and Marty Krofft were a staple of Saturday morning television in the 1970s. Which one was your favorite show and anyone know the reason more shows are not DVD or Blu Ray

My Favorite Shows:

1.Land of The Lost
2.Far Out Space Nuts
3.The Lost Saucer

What were your favorites?

The shows are WAY older than me, before my times, but I really liked what I saw of Land of the Lost. I really liked the bug faced alien creatures, can't recall if they were locals or not. The show kicks the ass of that cheesy 90s remake with the talking baby dinosaur

Those shows were cheesy but fun. I believe Sid and Marty are making a big mistake by sitting on all those shows and not releasing them. Its a gold mine. They have legions of fans that would buy them on DVD and Blu Ray.The 'bugs' are called the Sleestak. They are a race that evolved from the Altursians.Ex-Detroit Piston and current WNBA coach Bill Laimbeer played a Sleestak .He was a Palos Verdes High School student, and the show raided their basketball team for tall people to play Sleestaks.

The best part of the DVD is the actor's commentary on the episodes. Kathy Coleman mentioned on one DVD that she hated those pig-tails hair. She lives in LA now. They had a cameo on the film version but that was cut.Now we need more of the Krofft magic on DVD.
