In one of the episodes there is a reference made to his Aspergers

Anybody else enjoyed the series?

I like Sherlock. Watched all episodes and I didn't know that much about him before other than the Guy Richie movies. I hate waiting for so long however.

I love Sherlock! Or really anything related to Sherlock Holmes. It's one of my big obsessions. It's probably my favorite show. I can relate to some of Sherlock's Sherlockness. But I'm not nearly as smart.

A friend of mine convinced me to watch Sherlock last week, and while I was sceptical at first, it turned out to be amazing. :D I've just finished watching the first series after getting the DVD yesterday, and I'm hoping to buy the second series some time in the next few days (and in the meantime I've been reading as much fanfiction as possible). ^-^

Oh yes! This is one of my favorite series too! I can't wait to see how they will resolve the cliffhanger at the end of the last episode. I read a few ideas as to how it will be dealt with but none of them really seemed good enough for the brilliance of how this show has been done so far.

It's amazing for a series to have a big fanbase when a show can have as little as 6 episodes per season.

From http://screenrant.com/sherlock-season-3 ... co-148065/

Quote:
Sherlock season 2 will premiere on PBS in May. Expect Sherlock season 3 to premiere Summer 2013

I assume that is summer in the Northern Hemisphere... So likely in June/July 2013?

I dont ask for much. I need Dr Who or Sherlock or Breaking Bad or Homelands once per week, thats all.

Not yet. And I don't think Sherlock has Asperger's, the episode corrects and says he's a sociopath. I still dig it though, my wife assumed he had Asperger's at first.

Ok this analysis here contains major spoilers so don't click on this link unless you've watched all 6 episodes. And yes, he's got AS.

The BBC Sherlock rocks! I wish the new season would hurry up and start and that the
new American take on Sherlock Holmes would begin already.

I'm a huge fan of this show and I have seen every episode at least ten times. I love analyzing it and I really love introducing new people to it. What a fantastic show. I LOVED Sherlock Holmes when I was little so I was delighted at this different take, though I was also very cynical. Turns out it is the best on-screen interpretation I have ever seen.

He might have both.
