All MTV is in the end is just a channel that shows EXTREMELY sexually explicit shows.

MTV is nothing more than brain poison now. The only show I watch on MTV is Celebrity Deathmatch (yes, celebrity deathmatch is back).

I've never watched MTV, as we don't have 'cable' TV.

The shows I watch sometimes on MTV are South Park and Drawn Together. I don't like today's videos, I prefer some classics and I watch it on VH1.

That's a bit of an overstatement. MTV isn't actually allowed to show anything so I wouldn't call them EXTREMELY sexually explicit.

I haven't watched MTV regularly in about 10 years. And I was watching it for at least 5 years prior to quitting.
Even though in the mid 90's they still had non-music related stuff likethe Real World), there was still a strong focus on music and videos. Instead of TRL, we had Most Wanted (which near the end was mostly dedicated to hip-hop) and didn't have to see many of the videos be truncated. All it was was videos.

It was when they moved their main studios from Broadway to Times Square, is when I decided to change the channel.
