A movie that is based on a story that has not been told before would be great! No more of this crap:

  • Earth is is about to be destroyed and only a / teenaged hacker / rag-tag team of misfits / forgotten outcast / disgraced military veteran / can save it.
  • Romance blossoms before an impending disaster, and one lover must sacrifice himself to save the girl when the disaster finally strikes.
  • A personal crisis develops in which only adherence to a strict moral code will provide a solution.
  • One person seeks bloody vengeance and leaves a trail of maimed and dying people in his or her quest for justice.
  • Two people deny attraction for each other, and much hilarity ensues until they eventually have sex.
  • zooommmmbieeesssssss eeeeeeaaat brrrrraaaaaiiiinnnnsss ...
  • Anything that relies more on special effects, lavish sets, revealing costumes, garish makeup, explosions and fireballs than plot and character development.

Good point, Lumi; I'd like to see more Anime (as long as it isn't as predictable as what is already out there).

Not more, but I'd like to see better romantic comedies. I love romantic comedies, but the ones they make in Hollywood are so bad. If you want to find good ones, there's like one per decade!!
