SpongeBob SquarePants.
The old episodes of the show were full of creative and unique laughs. It wasn't annoying, and there are loads of memorable scenes (and episodes) that made me laugh.
But now, it's rubbish. Gross-out humour, ridiculously cheesy puns, and cliché storylines.
The characters have changed a lot as well (in a bad way). For example:

Old SpongeBob: Cheerful. Optimistic. Irritating to Squidward even though he just wants to include him in his games.
New SpongeBob: Annoying. Insanely optimistic. Creeps Squidward (and me) out.

Old Patrick: Lovably eccentric. A little bit slow. Friendly.
New Patrick: Tiresomely stupid. Too dumb to live. Extremely selfish.

Old Mr Krabs: Greedy. Loved money, but deep down, he still valued his employees. Rivals Plankton.
New Mr Krabs: A total miser. Has a money fetish and doesn't care about anything/anyone else. ALMOST DROVE PLANKTON TO SUICIDE

It lost its charm years ago. I think it needs to go.

The Bachelor and The Bachelorette.

I don't get it. Why are they even there?

The Only Way is Essex
Made in Chelsea
The Simpsons - It's just not funny nor relevant anymore
Geordie Shore
Mrs Brown's Boy's - about as funny as a dose of anthrax

I disagree with everyone mentioning South Park. Although I will agree with some seasons being hit and miss since season 11, it's just naturally evolved from childish toilet humour to a modern day satire. It's gotten funnier while Family Guy had gotten less and less amusing.

Anything on MTV that isn't music and anything on the History Channel that isn't history. And Two Broke Girls. That is the one I absolutely hate the most, it is literally all sex jokes, and they're not even very funny ones.

There's a long list of TV shows I enjoy that need to die, and first and foremost among them is NCIS.

Now, don't get me wrong, I really like this show. But I'm afraid that if it goes on for much longer, it's going to start suffering from Garfield Syndrome. Better to end it before it becomes a steaming plate of crap.

Reality shows, and terribly written science fiction presented as fact.

Naruto Shippuden

Yeah. I said it. It is almost nothing but filler now.

And that's why I read the manga. I'm caught up with it.

I heard someone say that Patrick was supposed to represent today's American youth, SpongeBob represents what the youth SHOULD be today, but only a minority are, and Mr. Krabs is a representation of greedy corporate America/capitalism. That sounds about right now that I think about it.

The majority of reality shows.

Reason: Why are most of them on the air? They're a waste of time.

2 Broke Girls.

Reason: I'm sure the writers and the producers mean no harm by using common racial stereotypes as jokes, but most of the jokes aren't as funny as they used to be.

Family Guy.

Reason: It's not funny anymore.

All celebrity "news" shows.

Reason: No one gives a care.

agree with most of the lists

take Seth McFarland entirely out of the media business, possibly ban him to an island by himself

and How I met your mother, get rid of that, thankfully it is ending

I actually use certain shows as bell-weathers, if people talk about really liking them I just walk and never talk to them again figuring they are not worth my time

I agree, with 2 exceptions: Solitary and Beauty and the Geek.
Solitary is one of my favourite shows of all time. It's not like any other show.

The fourth Season is on Youtube but I seriously don't recommend starting there, for several reasons. Basically, it's not as good as the others, by far, and it'll ruin things from Season 2. Just saying, in case you or someone else decides to watch it. It was canceled years ago, though. You can download or stream every episode from the pirate bay or primewire.
I love this show :D

Teen Titans Go! is just a collective spit-in-the-face toward all the fans of the original.
