Either that's a joke or SG doesn't know much about Scientology... I can't tell which it is.

sif take things at face value
is that how you came up that scientology is sh*t? :P
or do you just believe what the media says, only taking one side, and then leave it at that
you know theres a "how to read the bible for dummys"? religion text usually isnt something to take literally

i havent made up my mind about scientology but as i said from what ive seen it looks like you end up being much more aware/clear minded/dont take sh** from people.

CrimsonEdge does that make you feel better because you cant understand him?

I'm not sure I understood everything you just said, but I think I got most of it.

Actually, I think all religions are incredibly stupid. I think the new ones like Scientology are even stupider; people who get sucked into new religions don't even have the excuse that they follow that religion because they were brought up with it and it's a part of their culture.

Think for yourselves, people.

Besides, if religious texts aren't to be taken literally, then they're no different from any other deeply insightful book. I'm sure I could find thousands upon thousands of deeply insightful books if I dropped by my local library tomorrow. I'd get a heck of a lot more out of reading a bunch of those than I would out of reading one or two Scientology books and then giving that stupid cult a bunch of my money and/or devoting my life to it.

yeah theres something about religion i dont get either... i cant believe something i cant see for myself.. and now that i think of it i think theres a religion for that aswell

people get religious for many reasons...and not all are stupid.. some just value stuff in life more than logic itself...
eg. Ophra is religious and aware, etc, and hosts a tv show, AND thinks for herself, but shes no logic-monkey

religions have their use.. but i'd probly never fully believe any of em myself
