Very well done. Good way for Patrick Stewart and Hugh Jackman to finish their roles as Xavier and Wolverine.

And who do you think should be the next actor to take over the role of Wolverine?

I've read that Jackman wants Tom Hardy to take over the role.

Wonder Woman

I liked it. I didn't really analyze it, though. The acting was good.

They ran a preview for Valerian, the upcoming Luc Besson film. It looks set to amaze.

YTV has been playing a bunch of good movies lately, namely:

- The Princess Bride
- Brave
- How to Train Your Dragon

I think one of the programming planners is on a fantasy kick. :P

We watched Dr.Strange last night. I was a fan of the character himself but the graphics were a bit to heavy on the Inception style. The cape in my opinion was one of the funniest parts of the movie. I like how they're tying in the newer Marvel movies with the rest of the Marvel multiverse. Overall pretty good.

Journey To The Far Side Of The Sun (1969), also known as Doppelganger

Film about the discovery of a planet which is an almost exact replica of Earth, and a manned mission to check it out. Inconsistencies of plot and some uneven pacing, but an interesting effort all the same, with decent production values. Made by the same people who produced the 1970 TV series UFO, and shares many of that show's cast.

I recently saw Alien Covenant. I must say, while there were some holes in the plot that don't sync too well with other movies in the greater franchise, I actually enjoyed it. Part of that might be because this was the first time in my life that I got to see the Xenomorph on the big screen.
