Oh, I remember wizards. I first saw it when I was around elleven or twelve years old. It was really bizarre. And I loved Donnie Darko. All the Monty Python films are pretty much favourites of mine. The only ones on your list that I've seen that really didn't do much for me were Plan 9 and the Godzilla movies. And I hated MST3000. But that's just me.
As for Akira, never seen it, but I think most anime films either have (or at least deserve) cult movie status.

I´d say all the Romero movies. They are hillarious. The first time i saw the end scene in "Dawn of the dead" i laughed my ass of.

I seem to recall "Das Experiment". A german film based on the stillwater prison experiment where a psycologist experimented with a 24-7 prison enviroment. Needless to say it all escalated and participants who where in the role of prisoners where severly abused and tormented by those who posed as guards.

I brung up Dodgeball to watch with my brother when he mentioned it. I have since googled it though and apparently he said it himself in GQ magazine.

I don't watch many of those type of movies, but I do have a favorite

Highlander
*sings* who wants to live forever...</singing...I sound awful anyway>
(but only the first movie, plus the series, the others stink big time...well okay there are a couple rather yummy scenes in Highlander Endgame...)

I sorta enjoy the Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie but the series is way better.
